My work often involves confidential products and regulated environments. The five case
studies below explain the challenge, my leadership role, and what changed. Each links to a
full narrative; some details are anonymized.
Feature teams were shipping well inside their own domains while the product as a whole
fragmented. I led the design of a platform model that let teams stay autonomous while
collectively delivering one coherent experience.

REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICES
OUTCOME / The unit of thinking changed from applications and teams to users,
capabilities, and modules. Teams could build, test, and deploy modules independently
inside one common experience.
I introduced a design-in-code program so designers worked in the same UI language and
component architecture as the production application. A design operating model, not a
tool swap.
PROGRAM LEAD · PRINCIPAL DESIGNER · PRODUCT, CONTENT, RESEARCH & FRONTEND · DESIGN
SYSTEM AS SHARED LANGUAGE
OUTCOME / Not a faster handoff, but the removal of much of the handoff itself. Design
QA became product polish.
I created a design operating model that turned fragmented requests into coordinated
streams of work, and made team structure, staffing, and investment visible to the
organization.
PROGRAM LEAD · PRINCIPAL DESIGNER · PRODUCT DIRECTION · FEATURE DESIGN · UX ENGINEERING
· CX · FINANCIAL SERVICES
OUTCOME / Design moved from a single queue of screens and requests to a portfolio of
complementary value streams with a shared language across the organization.
I expanded a design system into a governed UX architecture, helping teams spend less
time recreating common solutions and more time delivering and measuring outcomes.

FEDERATED MODEL
OUTCOME / From a component library to an organizational capability: shared answers for
recurring experience problems, with the flexibility to solve genuinely new ones.
A cross-functional design sprint helped our consulting team turn recurring delivery
problems into a repeatable, outcome-led discovery system: the Clarity Canvas.
PROGRAM LEAD · PRINCIPAL DESIGNER · RANGLE · PRODUCT DISCOVERY · FACILITATION ·
ALIGNMENT
OUTCOME / A repeatable discovery process, refined into one or two focused sessions and
used across multiple client engagements.
